Nisar Fathima is in-charge of FDR’s Research and Resource Centre, Communication and Knowledge Management activities. In addition to this, she is also in-charge of the FDR’s internship and student training programme development and execution at FDR. She is a political science post-graduate from Central University of Hyderabad and has more than 15 years experience in communication development and knowledge management domains.
Mourya Krishna C
Research Associate
Mourya’s research work encompasses federalism, education and healthcare, issues of governance, among others. He has specifically worked on development of status report on Andhra Pradesh bifurcation, analysis of election manifestos of national and regional political parties, among others. He’s also actively involved in increasing FDR’s digital footprint on various social media platforms. Mourya has an academic background in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from BITS Goa. Earlier, he was involved with a Fortune 500 company in the automotive sector, for close to 3 years, working on design of gasoline engines. His interests include reading non-fiction and staying abreast of developments in politics, international affairs and sports.
Vriti Bansal
Research Associate
Vriti’s research work encompasses comparative politics, federalism, education, among others. She is involved in research projects in line with her interests in political economy. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Delhi University and worked as an academic mentor for over a year prior to joining FDR in 2018.
